Minimum stay: 2 days.
Cancellations
- more than 14 days before your arrival: you will be refunded your advance payment deducted by the communication expense (30€) - 7-14 days:  40% will be refunded unless the host can be offered another guest - less than 7 days:  no refunding.
Changes
- one change of date(s):   without expenses up to 7 days before arrival, and after that like a cancellation and a new reservation - you are welcome to extend your stay after the arrival. It is simply like a new reservation.
Confirmation and payment
You must confirm your reservation within three days by paying it in a secured on-line connection, or as a bank transfer. Payment instruction will be sent to you electronically as soon as the reservation has been agreed on. In on-line payment process, Mondaino-Bed will not receive any of your confidental information.
General
Any day of the week is acceptable as arrival/departure day.
Guests are asked kindly to vacate the properties by 11.00 am on the day of departure and to arrive after 3.30 pm on the day of arrival.
For longer-term winter rentals and short breaks during the off-season we are happy to discuss reductions on prices.
Responsibilities and rights
Mondaino-Bed is responsible for its adequacy to accommodate and for the correctness of the information shown on these pages. Mondaino-Bed is also responsible for the honest management of the payments received or to be refunded. Mondaino-Bed is obliged to offer help in any situation where the accommodation confirmed becomes unavailable due to fire, other material damage, strike, war, sickness of the Host, or similar. Mondaino-Bed is responsible for offering the accommodation reserved, and for informing the guest for any changes that significantly invalidate the information given on these pages prior to the arrival of the Guest. The Guest is responsible for showing mutual respect to the Mondaino-Bed Host and his home, and for any damages to the property there. He/she is responsible of keeping the keys, returning them before departure, and for never lending them to anyone else or offering access to the apartment to any outsider without informing Mondaino-Bed.
What is included?
You will get a room of your own as described, clean bedclothes and towels, in most cases cleaning of the room, and usually also a breakfast á la casa with € 7,00 euro/person contribution. The breakfast may also be self-service, depending on what you agree with your Host. You will have a bathroom of your own or it can be shared like in any normal home. Other services like kitchen, and laundry facilities are as described. Mondaino-Bed Farmhouse LPG central heating is available in cold weather and, always, hot sanitary water is available for which an extra charge could be made according to usage.
What time am I supposed to arrive or leave?
We will try to arrange anything needed. Agree on your times with your hosts, and if you can, please, try to adjust your schedule with their wake-up hours
Do I have to show my passport?
All Guests are kindly asked to prove their identity on their arrival. We hope this is the only feature that will remind you of a hotel.
May I bring a pet?
Depends on your Host. Somewhere your pet is most welcome but some apartments must be reserved for people that cannot stay in a room where a dog or cat has been before.
Suppose I may smoke indoors, at least with the window open?
Sorry, as a rule you may not unless your Host permits it. Ask whether you can smoke on the balcony or in the yard where you can also get company from other smokers.
Who is expected to do the cleaning?
Your Host will clean your room before your arrival, and at least once a week if you stay longer unless stated otherwise. Should you by accident need additional cleaning, please do it yourself, or ask for help from your Host. If the use of kitchen is included, kindly clean and dish everything.

What if I loose the key?
